Xerox and aycan are a hit in Healthcare

Xerox, a worldwide document company formed their partnership with aycan based on aycan's xray-print solution, which enables printing of medical images captured from any imaging modality (such as a CT scan, MRI, or X-ray) using a Xerox workgroup or Phaser printer. By printing medical imagery on paper using Xerox devices, clinicians can share information with each other and with patients more easily than using film—and save healthcare organizations 90% off traditional film costs.

To say the xray-print solution has been a success is a gross understatement. Since beginning the partnership, aycan and Xerox have sold over 2,000 xray-print solutions. Most recently, the collaboration between aycan and Xerox resulted in a great win for both companies at Virtua.

aycan meets Tokyo

In July 2010, aycan had its first official appearance in Japan during the "International Modern Hospital Show" in Tokyo. 
The interested visitors were able to see for themselves the outstanding quality of "aycan xray-print" at Japans most comprehensive hospital show.

Together with hardware partner FujiXerox, aycan introduced the cost saving solution of sharing images on plain paper, instead of or in addition to traditional blue-film and patient CDs.

aycan xray-print system replaces 1,000,000 medical laserfilms

In august 2009 an aycan xray-print system reached a historic counter value.The system is setup with an aycan xray-print printserver and a Xerox DCCS50 color multifunction device. In 8 years the system replaced without any major issues 1,000,000 medical laserfilms with plain paper prints. The owner saved approximately US$ 1,900,000.

aycan legt die Messlatte bei der medizinischen Dokumentation wieder ein Stück höher

Mit aycan print+ legt die aycan Digitalsysteme GmbH aus Würzburg, die Messlatte bei Ausdrucken von medizinischen Bilddaten zur Dokumentation mit einem DICOM Printer auf Normalpapier wieder ein ganzes Stück höher. Überzeugen kann man sich am 90. Deutschen Röntgenkongress in Berlin auf dem aycan Messestand A12 in Halle 2.1.

Nach intensiver Entwicklungsarbeit konnte die bisher erzielte Bildqualität nochmals deutlich verbessert werden. aycan installs first xray-print systems in the United Arab Emirates

aycan, together with its business partner Xerox Corp, successfully introduced the aycan xray-print solution to the United Arab Emirates market place. The first systems have been installed at a medical center in Abu Dhabi and a hospital in Al Ain. Together with its business partner Xerox, aycan, as the leading provider of DICOM print systems on plain paper, continues it's effort to cover more international markets.

Pamplona, Spain, April 2009

aycan and D.E.C Digital successfully finished their first spanish install of aycan xray-print. The system is installed at mèdicis - Centro de Diagnóstico por Imagen, Pamplona.

The system was connected to MR, CT, US and an OsiriX workstation to print radiological images on a Xerox MFP to reduce film costs dramatically.

Together with it's partners D.E.C. Digital and Xerox, aycan continues it's effort to cover more international markets as the leading provider of medical paper print systems on plain paper printers.

Last Tuesday aycan and Xerox Hungary successfully finished their launch process regarding aycan xray-print solution for the Hungarian market. The first system is installed at St. Janos Hospital, Budapest.
