ayDisplayQuality Software für die neue DIN 6868-157

Seit 1.5.2015 ist die Abnahme- und Konstanzprüfung für medizinische Bildwiedergabesysteme (BWS) nach DIN 6868-157 für Betreiber von medizinischen Einrichtungen gemäß einem Rundschreiben des Länderausschuss RöV verpflichtend.

aycan hat hierfür ein Plug-In für OsiriX PRO veröffentlicht. Mit dieser Software kann die Abnahme- und Konstanzprüfung nach DIN 6868-157 durchgeführt werden. 

Die Software hat folgende Features:

• Abnahmeprüfung nach DIN 6868-157 inkl. Messung der DICOM Kennlinie.
• Erzeugung der Protokolle als PDF bzw. DICOM PDF zur Archivierung im PACS.
• Tägliche Sichtprüfung.
• Kalender mit Erinnerung für die turnusmäßige Konstanzprüfung.

Nachfolgend die signifikantesten Änderungen der DIN von -57 zu -157:

• Alle Begrenzungen der Bildschirmgröße wurden entfernt und eine minimale Pixelgröße von 140 μm eingeführt.
• Eine Einführung von Raumklassen für die Nutzung von Bildwiedergabegeräten.
• Die DICOM-Kennlinie ist verpflichtend für die Abnahme- und Konstanzprüfung.
• Die Grenzen für Pixelfehler werden ergänzt.
• Die Messverfahren und Testbilder werden an DIN EN 62563-1 angepasst (AAPM TG18).
• Der Anwendungsbereich wird um die Zahnmedizin erweitert und die Magnetresonanztomographie wird entfernt.
• Die Bildwiedergabegeräte auf der Basis von Kathodenstrahlröhren werden nicht mehr behandelt.

Sicherheit von Patientendaten in der Cloud

Bei einem weitreichenden Hackerangriff wurden in den USA 80 Millionen Patientendatensätze des Krankenversicherers Anthem gestohlen.
Die Hacker beschafften sich die Informationen zu den Versicherten Namen, Geburtstagen, Sozialversicherungsnummern, Adressen, E-Mail Adressen und Informationen über die Beschäftigungssituation der Versicherten.

Der Vorfall aus den USA zeigt wie trügerisch es ist, sensible Kundendaten in einer Cloud zu speichern. Eine solche Konzentration von Kundendaten auf einem Server zieht Hacker an. 
Dies geschieht auch in der Teleradiologie oder bei Zuweiserportalen die über Cloud Dienste oder Webserver kommunizieren.

Yesterday we had the first live DICOM data transfer through our Private Cloud service aycan telerad.
Two hospitals located in Europe and Asia shared DICOM studies with the secure client encrypted teleradiology solution based on Apple and OsiriX PRO technology.
